Ingredients
- croutons
- romaine lettuce
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Method
- wash the Romaine lettuce and cut it into bite size pieces
- lay the chicken breasts in a pan and leave for 5 mins over medium heat
- turn the chicken, then cook for 5 mins more
- pull the chicken into bite-size strips and scatter half over the leaves
- scatter the croutons, then drizzle with your homemade Caesar salad dressing
- sprinkle the Parmesan on top and serve straight away
