Ingredients
- 1 yolk
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Method
- blend the yolk, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper until well combined
- pour the oil in very slowly in a thin stream using a whisk
- keep on whisking until the mixture is thick and creamy
