Whole wheat breakfast

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk
  • 4-5 tbsp 7 whole wheat cereals
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

Method

  1. mix the milk and the cereals in a medium saucepan
  2. bring to the boil, stirring occasionally
  3. set aside and wait for 2-3 mins

Tips, Tricks and inspiration

  • give this classic dish a twist with 1 tbsp linseeds, 2-3 chopped walnuts, a drizzle of honey or a mashed banana with chocolate flakes
