Ingredients
- 2 kg cooking-appels chopped and peeled
- 200 ml water
- lemon juice
- sugar
Method
- combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan, save the sugar for later
- bring the mixture to a boil over a medium heat
- then simmer covered, stirring frequently, for 15-20 mins, or until smooth
- use 1 tbsp sugar for each jar

- can be transfered to sterilised, clean, dry jars
- store this on a dark and cool shel and enjoy when needed
