Green juice for dummies

Serves 1 large or 2 medium portions

Ingredients

  • a few broccoli rosettes
  • 1/4 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 10 seedles grapes
  • 3 hands spinach
  • 100 ml water

Method

  1. blend everything togheter

  • pimp this recipe with pineapple, melon, hempseeds or chia seeds
