Ingredients
- 40 g pine nuts
- freshly shopped basil
- 4-5 tbsp olive oil
- 25 g parmesan
- 25 g pecorino
- salt
Method
- Pound the pesto ingredients to a paste in a food processor
- Cook the pasta. Drain, return to the pan with the pesto and stir over a gentle heat for 2 mins
- serve sprinkled with grated parmesan and pecorino
