Natural benefits of ginger

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • gingerroot
  • lemongrass
  • lime juice
  • 1 tea bag
  • small handful mint leaves
  • agave syrup

Method

  1. make the tea with 1 litres water and the agave syrup
  2. add the gingerroot, lemongrass and lime juice
  3. add mint to the pot and infuse for 10 mins
